Young Rowan went with his Mom, Colleen Stice, to Target as the peak holiday shopping was going on, and that alone can raise blood pressure to dire levels.

However what really stressed Colleen out was when she got out to her car to find a most aggravating note.

The note stated the following:
“We watched you pull into the handicap spot and get out carrying a toddler. You have no right to park in a handicap! It is for handicap people! Shame on you!”
In order to vent and get her feelings off her mind, the Mom went on FB and wrote a lengthy explanation and reply to the note that was left on her car. She put the note writer in their place for being so judgemental and not knowing the situation.
