This story is one in a chapter that can be described as – Life is a miracle, or perhaps – Friends forever. If you have at least one true friend, you’re a rich person because friendship is all about sharing your ups and downs, important moments, and your whole life. These two friends are really amazing. Let’s hear this movie-like fairy tale…

Amanda and Alex have known each other since the 8th grade. During all this time, they have been sharing everything. Recently, their friendship has moved to a higher level.

Both Amanda and Alex were pregnant. Alex was about to deliver a baby when she sent a message to Amanda in order to tell her about it. It turned out Amanda was already in the hospital, waiting to give birth to her first child.

The interesting thing is they met in the same hospital, in Memorial Hospital in South Bend Indiana. But, that was not the end of surprises. They were next door to each other and they even shared a doctor! Also, they almost delivered their babies at the same time.

“It would have been the same time if there were two doctors, I think,” said Alex.

”The doctor first arrived to help deliver Amanda’s son Liam, and then walked right next door and delivered Ivie.” Amanda evoked.

Alex also said: “Yeah, like changed his gloves, put on a new robe, and got my baby out.”

Only 20 minutes after Amanda’s son was born, Alex’s daughter Ivie was born. Liam is Amanda’s first child, and Ivie, Alex’s second. The two friends used to talk very often about joys of having children and now they are really happy to go through that experience together.

Alex said:

“Once she finally had him, I’m like, ‘I’m so glad you can finally feel everything I was trying to explain to you about how your whole world changes. You love these things so much. You made the most perfect thing in the entire world.”

As she had more experience with motherhood, Alex helped Amanda while she was pregnant. This made them even closer. Now, their children are the same age, so they can organize playdates and birthdays together. Who knows, maybe their children will be great friends one day!
