Many of us have owned a pet and watched it grow from its infant stages to the beautiful senior it has perhaps come today. Personally, though I have watched many of my dogs grow old, I have ever only owned one since its inception into the world. And it is fun sometimes to pull out the old photos and compare them to now (he is 8 years old, healthy and happy).
