All you need to do is visit the website, connect your Twitter account to it and wait. You’ll learn who is following you. When you log back in, you can run the old followers’ list against the new one and you’ll know who left.
This service is useful to track people who follow you in the hopes that you’ll follow them back. The “Who Unfollowed Me” program also has a premium service that keeps track of the unfollowers, not just telling you who unfollowed you lately.

Who Left Your Facebook Account?
This is a bit more difficult because Facebook often involves real friend. You shouldn’t view the situation as being unfriended but more like unfollowed. Deleted adds a Chrome extension that lets you know when a friend has left you.
The program shows you if they deleted you or if they deactivated their account. The election season brought on a plethora of notifications that friends un-friended friends; but, in reality, they actually deactivated their account. Knowing the truth could leave you with some emotional fallout so be mindful of that.
